1. Design and develop training concepts in close collaboration with internal/ external Subject Matter Experts and Learning Managers (in related field of expertise)
2.Deliver & facilitate technical learning in classroom, training trucks, distance. Optimize the learning content to different target groups with impact for continuous behaviour changes by using state-of-the art learning methods, digitalisation technology and followup
3.Constantly aware of the safety of the learning environment, and prepare a suitable learning environment/setting for course delivery
4.Support full time facilitators professional development and coach part time trainers (from business) for facilitation skills
5.Act as Subject Matter Experts for his/her area of expertise when developing related courses
6.Support the Facilitator Development Plan implementation in Asia Pacific
7.Ensure compliance at all levels of company policies and procedures.
8.Ensure compliance and use of company tools and resources within guidelines.
9.Follow all safety policies, procedures and work instructions according to the safety management system and fulfill his/her responsibilities as stated in the safety manual so as to protect the safety of himself/herself and fellow colleagues.

Bachelor's degree, major in M&E, automation, elevator technology strongly preferred
At least 8 years' experience in technical field, preferably in Field Operations, ITS or manufacturing (after sales technical support). Previous experience as trainer is plus
Well versed in technical document reading and editing
Willing to travel to deliver training
Facilitation training, certification is preferred
Native level Mandarin and good English skills (both written and spoken)
Competent in all aspects of computer use & strong competency in Microsoft Office
Having empathy and assertiveness to create interest for training content for different target groups and learning types
Having a customer centric and effective communication skills that enable the transfer of knowledge to participants
Shows personal commitment and take actions to learn from other, structured learnings in order to continously improve and broaden capabilities
