4. According the policy of company, oversea sales procedure, related product manual and technical data, promote and sell the products to oversea Otis. Negotiate the technical items and business requirement of the project. Confirm the technical specification with customer when negotiate the projects. Collect market information as well as do market analysis.
依據(jù)公司政策、海外銷售的相關(guān)程序、相關(guān)產(chǎn)品手冊和技術(shù)資料的有關(guān)規(guī)定,進(jìn)行海外公司間的產(chǎn)品推廣,宣傳和銷售,對項目進(jìn)行技術(shù)和商務(wù)洽談;對售前的技術(shù)規(guī)格進(jìn)行確認(rèn)。市場信息的收集和分析,。
5. Develop and manage customer relationship, set up favorable business cooperation and strive for steady and high quality customers.
客戶發(fā)展和管理,建立良好的業(yè)務(wù)關(guān)系, 為公司爭取穩(wěn)定和高質(zhì)量的客戶群。
6. Respond business and technical query, accept new oversea inquiries.
回復(fù)商業(yè)和技術(shù)查詢,接受國外詢盤。
7. Manage and List the technical, lead-time and non - routine business contents of the projects in a timely manner, co-ordinate and submit to the relevant personnel for processing and auditing.
項目中有關(guān)技術(shù)、交貨及商務(wù)非常規(guī)的內(nèi)容及時列出并統(tǒng)籌安排分別提交相關(guān)人員進(jìn)行處理與評審。
8. Estimate the new enquiry and negotiate the price , maximize profits while ensuring the success rate of the project and price accuracy
新梯核價和價格談判,為公司爭取最大利潤同時確保項目的成功率和價格準(zhǔn)確性。
9. Negotiate the business and sign the contract, include the terms of payment and shipment mode, etc.
商務(wù)談判和合同簽訂。包括付款條款、運輸方式等。
10. When negotiate projects, coordinate overseas customers and related departments to ensure the accuracy, timeliness and success of all aspects of overseas orders.
在銷售前項目洽談過程中,協(xié)調(diào)海外客戶和中國區(qū)各工廠、各相關(guān)部門,確保海外定單各環(huán)節(jié)的準(zhǔn)確性、及時性和成功性。
11. Finish the application procedure for the special components if any, to ensure the contract quality and schedule.
對需特殊申報的部件需及時作好申報工作,以確保合同質(zhì)量和如期履行。
12. Responsible for promoting products and new sales tools to oversea market to increase market share.
負(fù)責(zé)新產(chǎn)品和銷售工具的海外推廣,提高市場份額
13. Dedicate to customer satisfaction improvement.

Qualifications任職資格1. Education & Certification教育背景和專業(yè)資格
Bachelor degree or above, familiar with international business course priority.
大學(xué)本科以上,國際貿(mào)易專業(yè)優(yōu)先。
2. Experience工作經(jīng)驗
1 year or above experiences in foreign trade .
最少1年外貿(mào)業(yè)務(wù)經(jīng)驗 。
3. Knowledge專業(yè)知識
Proficient in windows office software.
熟練掌握并使用計算機辦公軟件。
CET 4 and proficient in writing and speaking English.
能用中英文書寫與口語流利溝通。大學(xué)英語4級
